Your culture attendant: things to do in Rome

A THING TO DO THIS FRIDAY

ROME
Price: €8.50 (adult)
Time: 1-2 hours
Like most crypts, the Cripta dei Cappuccini, on Rome's Via Vittorio Veneto, keeps bones of the dead underground. But unlike most crypts, they aren't in coffins. Instead, over centuries, the resident monks artfully arranged skulls, ribs, arm and leg bones into macabre artworks decorating several rooms. Explore this unique display from 9am to 6.30pm this Friday.
