Jedediah Strutt constructed some of the first factories ever built, in Belper from 1786 - and they were used for cotton spinning for over two hundred years. Visit and explore this extraordinary history, and their key role in the Industrial Revolution, with a trip inside the North Mill this Friday between 11am and 4pm.
